Quintessence Saint Germain, light violet, supports the readiness for change and mental strength. To use the quintessence, rub three drops between the wrists. Then fan the quintessence into the aura at a distance of about 30 cm from the head to the feet. Alternatively, one drop can be applied to the wrist, temples or behind the ear as desired.
