Delivery will be made by Swiss Post.

Delivery to post office boxes is not possible.

Deliveries during Christmas time

Between 20 December and 23 December, we send all deliveries with PostPac Priority - at no extra cost to you. To receive your parcel in time for Christmas, you must order by 2 p.m. on 23 December at the latest. Please note that we refer to the information provided by Swiss Post and cannot guarantee punctual delivery.

Please note that our shipping service has some special requirements for orders outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We are happy to ship barite, gemstones and our handcrafted gemstone jewelry, etc. to other countries worldwide. Food and dietary supplements, however, are excluded from this shipping service.

To place an order outside of Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please send us a short request. This will help us to make sure that we can meet your shipping needs and calculate the shipping costs correctly.

Please note that customs duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are incurred by the carrier upon importation into their destination country. These costs are to be paid by the customer.
