Registration
Registration in the online store is voluntary. When registering, the customer must provide his personal data truthfully.

Conclusion of the contract
By sending an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we accept the offer.

Prices and terms of payment
The stated prices are final prices including the statutory value added tax. Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. The shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the order process.

Return and exchange
In principle, due to hygienic reasons and to ensure health protection, there is no right to return or exchange products. However, in the case of damaged or defective products, products that do not meet the specifications or incorrectly delivered quantities, we undertake to make a refund or replacement. We request that you perform an inspection upon receipt of the products and notify us within 3 days if you find that products have been damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered.

To request a refund or replacement, please send your request by email to kundenservice@lebensgenuss.ch, gladly accompanied by photos of the damaged goods.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw a product order. The period for revocation ends as soon as your order has been shipped. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by sending your notice of withdrawal by e-mail to kundenservice@lebensgenuss.ch or by contact form.

Refund
We will arrange for a refund immediately upon receipt of the returned goods or, in the case of an undelivered order, upon cancellation of the same.

Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the goods.

Privacy
The transmission of personal data via the store is subject to our privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy.

Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zug.

General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates and changes on our website. Please check our website regularly for any changes. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

If there is any conflict between the German, French, English and Italian versions of this Agreement, the German version shall prevail.
