Magnesium chloride bath flakes 1kg

Application: The most effective absorption of magnesium through the skin is achieved through a full bath or foot bath. The higher the _MgCl2 concentration, the more the skin can absorb. The water temperature should not be warmer than 37°C. Bathe for at least 20-30 minutes.

Please note when calculating the MgCl2 _{concentration}:

• The MgCl2 _content of the flakes is 47% (the rest is water)
• 1 g flakes contain 120 mg magnesium

Example: One liter of a 7% brine is obtained with 150 g flakes and 850 ml water. This contains 18 g of magnesium.

Without calculating, take a little more than twice as many grams of flakes multiplied by 10 per liter of water as your desired concentration.

• For an optimal full bath, take 750 g of flakes.
• We recommend a 2-5% concentration for a foot bath. 5 liters of water with 200 g flakes results in an approx. 2% brine, with 300 g flakes a 3% brine, etc.
• Magnesium oil spray: Alternatively, you can spray the body with a 7% brine and massage the "magnesium oil" well into damp skin. At this concentration, no greasy film remains on the skin (if you have massaged it in well), which would mean that only a part has been absorbed by the skin. With 5.5 ml (approx. 40 pumps) you get approx. 100 mg of pure magnesium.

Due to the natural relaxing effect of magnesium, all variants are best used in the evening.

To remedy a magnesium deficiency, two full baths per week over a period of several weeks or daily foot baths are recommended.

Magnesium chloride is highly hygroscopic, i.e. it binds moisture from the environment into its lattice structure. The packaging should therefore always be well sealed!
