Warming ^Lichtyam® St. John's wort flower oil with essential ylang-ylang and cedar oil.

This body oil combines the invigorating and nerve-strengthening properties of St. John's wort with the centering and vitalizing power of ^Lichtyam®. The pleasantly sensual fragrance of the ylang-ylang blossom combined with the grounding component of cedar is carefully balanced in the oil composition.
Massaged onto damp skin, this warming oil can relieve muscle tension and have a brightening effect on emotional upsets. Applied to sunburn, it has a pleasant cooling and soothing effect on the skin.

Our St. John's wort flowers are harvested when the days are longest and the light is at its most intense. The extracts prepared from young, fully opened flowers are left to mature in the summer light for several weeks according to a traditional recipe. The active ingredients are absorbed by the olive oil in the warmth of midsummer.

Lichtyam® refers to a variety of Chinese yam (Dioscorea batatas) grown at Andreashof according to Demeter guidelines, which is also known as 'light root'. This yam has had a firm place in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for centuries and is often referred to as "Shan Yao" or mountain medicine. From a TCM perspective, Shan Yao strengthens the Qi (life force) and has a harmonizing effect on body and mind.

Application: Apply to cleansed, slightly damp skin and massage in gently.
