Organic Porridge Blueberry Apple 350g gluten free

Porridge provides your body with all the important nutrients at breakfast, is easy to digest and good for your immune system. The complex carbohydrates in wholegrain oats cause your blood sugar to rise slowly, keeping you full for longer and preventing cravings! Wholemeal oats also ensure healthy digestion thanks to the fiber they contain. The blueberries also contain important antioxidants that protect you from free radicals and therefore from illness. The apples also contain important vitamins and minerals. Our porridge can be prepared in just 3 minutes, without any cooking.

Preparation: Pour approx. 130 ml (depending on how thick you want it) of boiling water or 90 ml of hot milk over 50 g of porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl, stir, leave to swell for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. "Overnight oats: Pour a little more cold water or cold milk over and leave to stand overnight.
