Coconut water should not be confused with coconut milk! Although both come from the coconut, they are different products. Compared to our coconut milk, which is obtained from the flesh of freshly harvested coconuts, coconut water is the natural clear fruit water found in freshly harvested green coconuts. The young, green coconuts are harvested particularly early, at which time the coconut water has the highest nutritional value. The freshly harvested coconuts are processed directly. The coconut water is gently heated and bottled immediately***.

Production & quality

In harmony with nature and with respect for the foodstuff Sun-ripened coconuts are harvested daily by our small-scale organic farmers in the Philippines. The freshly harvested fruit water from these young, green organic coconuts is the only ingredient in our delicious and natural premium organic coconut water. In addition to the basic top quality of the freshly harvested organic coconuts, the gentle and rapid processing within 72 hours of harvesting means that our coconut water is biologically very valuable and has a pure and fresh coconut flavor. We bottle our delicious organic coconut water directly on site in the Philippines under the highest hygienic standards. We want to support the small local farmers in the Philippines and therefore refrain from bottling from large tanks here in German dairies.

Storage & shelf life

Dr. Goerg Premium Organic Coconut Water is best stored in the refrigerator. Shake well before opening. Consume within 2-3 days after opening.
