Ancient spelt - the basis for a healthy diet! Our original spelt is the old Oberkulmer-Rotkorn variety. It has a warming and fattening effect and is also of higher quality than all other cereal grains. "Spelt makes good blood and makes you happy", according to Hildegard von Bingen.
Our original spelt contains an ideal composition of minerals, vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, trace elements, a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and a whole lot of fiber. Due to its high silica content, original spelt has a strengthening effect on connective tissue and hair.
Original spelt is hardly affected by environmental influences, as the double husk keeps harmful substances away from the spelt grain. Spelt is very easy to digest and therefore easily digestible. Spelt has a stabilizing effect on the circulation, stabilizes blood pressure and increases the immune system. The abundant waste products have a digestive effect, regulating and stabilizing the intestines.
Ingredients: original spelt flour, spices, dried yeast, natural rock salt
Spelt pizza dough for 2-3 pizzas or one baking tray
Preparation: Knead the contents of the packet with approx. 150 ml warm water and 2 tbsp oil to form a dough. If necessary, work in a little more water to make the dough nice and smooth. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead well again. Then roll out onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or form 2-3 round pizzas and leave to rise briefly in a warm place. Brush the dough with oil if necessary and top to taste.
