Natural maca mixture in raw food quality. A particularly valuable mixture of all Maca species. It has an intense color and taste and is rich in phytochemicals.

Maca powder is the crushed root of the Lepidium Meyenii plant, which originates from the high altitudes of the Peruvian Andes. Known as the "Inca superfood", the powder is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, tannins, complex alkaloids and other phytochemicals.

Maca helps balance the body as a natural superfood. Maca is also rich in phytosterols, including sitosterol, campesterol, ergosterol, brassicasterol and ergostadienol.

Recommended intake: 2 normal heaped teaspoons daily (corresponds to approx. 10 g), e.g. in liquids such as smoothies and vegetable juices, yoghurt, muesli, baked goods or chocolate.
