Organic Porridge Strawberry Chia 350g gluten free

A warm, high-fiber breakfast is easy to digest and good for your immune system. Preparation: Pour approx. 130 ml (depending on how thick you want it) of boiling water or 90 ml of hot milk over 50 g of porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl, stir, leave to swell for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. "Overnight oats: Pour a little more cold water or cold milk over and leave to stand overnight.
