Golden Healer - also known as limonite quartz - refers to quartz that is colored yellow-gold by layers of iron oxide. Golden Healer is therefore very similar to hematite quartz, but they differ in their iron valence. Golden Healer contains trivalent iron, whereas hematite quartz contains bivalent iron, which makes hematite quartz more reddish in color, while Golden Healer is yellow.
