Chaga(Inonotus obliquus) is a mushroom that grows on birch trees throughout the northern hemisphere. Our wild-harvested chaga mushroom is sustainably hand-picked from living birch trees in Estonia in the cold autumn and winter, when it has the highest nutritional value.

It is then air-dried at 40 °C and ground to a raw, delicious consistency.

Chaga has a lighter-colored inner part and a rough black exterior. Our mushroom powder is made from the whole Chaga mushroom in order to combine the different ingredients.

Recommended use: Add 0.5-1 teaspoon daily to smoothies, juice, yogurt or muesli. To prepare a tea, pour hot water over 1 teaspoon in a cup.

Please note that our chaga powder does not dissolve completely in water.
