Papaya leaves rubbed 250g

While the ripe papaya fruit of the papaya tree (Carica papaya), also known as the melon tree, contains very little of the main active ingredient papain, a protein-degrading enzyme, both the still green papaya and the papaya leaves are very rich in papain. It is made up of more than 200 amino acids and contains many polyphenols.

Ingredients: Papaya leaf rubbed, contains papain and other papaya enzymes.

Directions: Cover 1 liter of water with 3 tablespoons of papaya leaves and simmer over a low heat for half an hour. Drink throughout the day.
