Sango sea coral powder from Okinawa (Japan), also known as the "island of the centenarians".

Our Sango sea coral powder contains approx. 24.0 % calcium and approx. 11.5 % magnesium (ratio 2:1), in addition to 70 other minerals and trace elements, in a natural, organic compound. As they change into ionized form on contact with liquids, i.e. into the smallest, unbound form, they can be quickly absorbed by the body via the mucous membranes (in the mouth) and into the blood. They therefore have a high bioavailability, i.e. a very high percentage reaches the cells.

Researchers have tried to find out what helps the inhabitants of Okinawa to live long and healthy lives. They were able to prove a significantly higher content of calcium, magnesium and trace elements in the drinking water. Can you guess where the minerals come from? Okinawa is located on a former sango coral reef. The rainwater flows through the reef and absorbs the ionized minerals. The residents' wells are therefore always filled with the best, naturally filtered water.

The fine ground powder of the Sango coral comes from the seabed around the coast of Okinawa. Only two companies are allowed to extract the sango coral from the seabed under strict control, whereby this must be done at least 1 km off the coast and at least 15 meters under water. The biosphere of the coral is not touched, only dead "coral sand" is collected from the old reef, which broke off up to 1000 years ago.

Under the special conditions found on Okinawa, magnesium from the seawater accumulates in some dead corals over decades and longer. Only the coral harvests that have been confirmed in the laboratory to have a high magnesium content are used for our Sango sea coral products.

Recommended intake: 3x 1 measuring spoon (1 g each (1 g corresponds to approx. 1/3 teaspoon)) spread over the day, preferably salivate in the mouth for 1 minute and drink 1 glass of water, juice or tea or stir into smoothies, drinks or muesli etc.

In case of stomach acid deficiency (common symptom: heartburn), take 1 hour after meals.

Tip: The combination with organic acids, e.g. from fermented products/drinks, facilitates absorption in the intestine.
