Our tocotrienol comes from Malaysia and is obtained there in cooperation with the university to support small farmers. The palm kernel oil comes from oil palms that grow mainly in the wild, but also on smallholder fields. This does not involve clearing virgin forests or depriving small farmers of land for growing food. On the contrary, it increases their income.

Recommended dosage:
1 x 10 drops daily with food.

Tips:
Do not take vitamin E together with iron supplements, as iron reduces the effect of vitamin E.
The antioxidant effect of vitamin E can be further increased by combining vitamin E with vitamin C and selenium (both contained in Life Security juice). Both micronutrients are involved in the regeneration of vitamin E in the body.
