The organic bamboo silicon is found in the form of rare, small beads in a few bamboo tubes. These beads consist of more than 95% pure silicon and serve as a source of structural silicon. The silicon is therefore of natural origin and is merely ground.

Zeolite clinoptilolite is a volcanic rock with a microporous, honeycomb-like surface. This cage structure gives zeolite a high ion exchange capacity. The crystal structure is broken up with the aid of counter-jet technology and the effective surface area is increased 50-fold.
