Our gluten-free oat-based couscous is refined with chickpea flakes, sweet potato pieces, almonds, hemp seeds and the oriental spice ras el hanout. The complex carbohydrates in the oats cause your blood sugar to rise slowly, keeping you full for longer and preventing cravings! Our oat couscous is also a great source of plant-based protein and provides your muscles with the energy they need.
You can easily prepare the oat couscous for lunch or dinner. All you have to do is pour hot milk, plant-based drink or water over the mixture and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. You can also easily prepare the oat couscous cold. Pour a little more cold liquid over the mixture and leave the oat couscous to infuse for about an hour or overnight.
