The lapacho tree has a long tradition in the primeval forests of Central and South America and is revered by the inhabitants there as a miracle cure.
This tea is obtained using a conservative and gentle harvesting method, whereby only part of the bark is peeled, which quickly grows back. The lapacho tree is not damaged in the process.
Lapacho tea is delicious both hot and cold.
Preparation: Add 15 g of lapacho to 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and then leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
